Great room, comfortable bed, and quality fixtures and fittings. The room was spacious and had a cozy atmosphere. The staff at reception were welcoming and spoke excellent English. I really enjoyed the glass of house champagne that I was offered upon arrival. The small outdoor seating area and courtyard parking were convenient amenities. The location was within walking distance to everything I needed.
The room was a bit dark, and there was some noise from the street. It would have been nice to have a radio or docking station in the room.

This accommodation is perfect for those who want to be in a peaceful location and enjoy great breakfast with fresh bread, homemade jams, and an excellent selection of cheeses. the easy parking access and comfortable beds add to the convenience and relaxation of your stay. there is a nice little bistro just a short drive away that serves delicious food.
The immediate area doesn't offer much in terms of nightlife or activities, so you may have to drive a bit to find things to do.

I recently stayed at Le Clos Margot for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right in the center of the village. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a charming young host who offered me a glass of champagne. The homemade breakfast with fresh bread, croissants, and a variety of preserves was delightful. The room was contemporary and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary water, a kettle, and Madeleine cakes. The staff was friendly and the hotel even had its own Champagne production. I would definitely recommend Le Clos Margot to others.
I do recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast had a decent variety of food.
The location was isolated, making it difficult to find a restaurant or other places to visit. the price was too high for the value of the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the Champagne region. This place is located in a small village surrounded by local restaurants, making it the perfect location for exploring the region's culinary delights. The service at this hotel was impeccable, with friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great room, comfortable bed. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good location, walking distance to everything. Enjoyed the glass of champagne on arrival and the informative talk about the wines.
Breakfast was disappointing, limited options and not the best quality. Some maintenance issues in the room, such as dirty light switches and plinths in the bathroom.

During my Easter stay, I had a great time in the southern Champagne region exploring the beautiful vineyards and experienceing the local culture. The hotel's location provided easy access to nearby champagne houses and restaurants, which was convenient. The breakfast selection was impressive and the staff was friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Although I enjoyed my stay overall, I found that the lighting in my room was inadequate, making it difficult to read in the evenings. Lastly, I did not find the surrounding area to be very lively, particularly on the weekends when everything seemed to be closed.

We had a delightful stay at Le Clos Margot. As champagne lovers, we were thrilled to discover that the rooms are part of the Doyard champagne house. The welcoming glass of champagne upon check-in set the tone for a fantastic stay. The well-equipped rooms, complete with tea making facilities, provided the perfect level of comfort. The breakfast, which was included in the cost, offered a good variety of options, including their impressive selection of homemade jams. The hotel's location, just a 3-minute walk from Vertus' center and restaurants, was very convenient.
We do recommend this hotel.

Some guests may find the motel, like setting and limited dining options within walking distance a bit underwhelming.
